I used full fat coconut milk but you can also use the thinner coconut milk; different consistency and not as thick but still yummy. Both work differently here but they’ll both work! oxx

You can use BPA-free canned coconut milk if you’d like or you can use the Tetra pack culinary coconut milk from So Delicious or you can use the lighter version coconut milk- whichever you prefer, depending on how thick you’d like it.
