I just bought your book last week, I’m planning on starting to go clean. I have several health issues, lupus, primary immune deficiency, Sjogren’s adrenal insufficiency due to over use of steroids. I want so bad to feel alive again. I am a RN and out of work because of my severe fatigue, chronic pain and frequent infections caused by my immune system .i can’t wait to start my new life following your 21 day detox. My family struggles with diseases too much: obesity, metabolic syndrome, severe depression, joints pain, eczema and recently my little boy of 5 yo has been diagnosed wirh autism. We have enough to just miserably survive!
This is also hard to change lifestyle. We need to educate ourself, to find ressources and recipes!
