I do eat Nature’s Path products for snacks with coconut milk yogurt and for breakfast. I also just started to be able to eat organic eggs. So I eat veggies sauteed in avocado oil with avocado, walnuts and eggs a lot!

I am assuming you are not eating these cereals? Are they smoothies and over night oats? Breakfast is hard for me because I don’t like anything heavy and I find oats to be heavy and often bloating unfortunately. Simple, light breakfast ideas are hard because fruit has a lot of sugar and a lot of people do dairy.
