I use the Tom’s Toothpaste without fluoride and xylitol. I do not eat or use either of those ingredients! xx

Really? Also Xylitol. I am surprised by this recommendation!! I used Tom’s for years until I found out about some of the ingredients. I now use a prebiotic toothpaste with amazing results.
