This chicken looks fabulous! That’s a lot of tea! I’ve never cooked with it – just drink an awful lot of it, but I may have to change that. And thanks for swinging by my site. I’m loving your food here! (My mother had that dinnerware – thanks for the memories!)

This looks AMAZING. I’ve only cooked with tea once, when I was making Channa Masala – I read somewhere that in India, they often steep some black tea at the end when the curry is simmering, so I tried it, and it definitely added a cool, hard-to-identify flavor to the final dish.

P.S. my fiancee’s grandmother is gluten-intolerant and she’s always having trouble finding recipes so I’m definitely bookmarking your blog!
