Thank you, Carolyn. You made my day. I greatly appreciate your support and advice regarding the trouble that I am facing with my stomach. I have been working with many doctors and we’re trying to get to the bottom of what’s going on…no one can seem to figure it out but I’m staying positive and taking probiotics too. I am going to take your advice and try your probiotic too! Thank you and have a wonderful Sunday. Again, thank you for your support and for taking the time to write to me. xoxo Hope to chat again soon!
]]>Ironically, what brought me to your blog was terrible stomach pain I had been having for a couple of weeks (like I’d developed an ulcer) and my efforts to resolve it.
Seven days ago, I started taking a probiotic, Saccharomyces Boulardii, after reading about how it can reduce stomach and intestinal inflammation. My pain went away later the next day (after 2 capsules of 3 billion CFUs each – 1 each day) and hasn’t returned (this is after two weeks of constant daily pain, sometimes excruciating). Five day ago, I also went gluten-free. After 2 days, I felt much better. Today, I feel great! Not sure whether it’s the gluten-free, the probiotic, or both, but something’s working….
Since you’re already gluten-free, try the probiotic. I found what I’m using in the refrigerator section of my local natural food store.
Best wishes and hope you feel better soon!
]]>Thank you so much, Ina; I greatly appreciate your support and advice as I will be sure to try a bit of Kefir to see if that helps with digestion. Great suggestion and thank you again. I too hope the Dr’s find out what the culprit is soon. Thank you for your positive words; you made me smile and brightened my day! Have a great night and hope to chat soon!
]]>Thanks so much, Natalia; so glad you enjoyed this soup recipe. It’s the perfect blend of sweet n’ savory in one lil’ bowl. Enjoy and have a great night!
