I always thought in order for me to detox I could drink only water and some green juice. Thanks for the encouragement and info on what a detox really looks like. I am praying about starting a detox with my husband at the beginning of the new year. I will let you know how it goes. Thanks again!

Just plugging into your website; how informative & transparent you are. Praises to your healing. I’m in a healing process as well from a mycobacteria & have been striving to eat cleaner for the last couple years.
