Thanks Megan- great to hear from you! I hope you enjoy this yummy recipe. I don’t think the recipe would work with thawed out zucchini because of the water even if you drained it but you could certainly try it and let me know how it comes out. I used fresh zucchini so I think that would be your best bet!
