Thanks Kristina; great to hear from you. I love creating fun recipes like this that are so unique and fun…something unexpected. This definately has a mild sweet taste from the fresh strawberries but it isn’t too sweet as the fava beans make it creamy and succulent. I hope you enjoy it and let me know what you pair it with. I tried it with grilled tofu last night and it was amazing.
