I’ve struggled with my weight for years and I’ve often thought “it’s not fair – everyone else can eat and not gain weight”. So many of us have unhealthy relationships with food but we bring it on ourselves, rather than having no choice in the matter. It’s something I need to work on and I look forward to getting more inspiration from your blog 🙂
