My only recommendation would be to double the amount of broth because it wasn’t very soupy using only one cup.

Just made this – wowza! It’s delicious. The red pepper and lime totally make the dish. I substituted chicken broth for the veggie broth, and it worked beautifully. I’ll be proud to serve this as a tasty Christmas Eve appetizer – it feels fancy and luxurious, and was super easy to make. Thanks so much!
