Thanks Lisa; hope you’re having a great weekend…I love using agave nectar and honey in my recipes, however, for this particular rhubarb treat I decided to use my stevia for baking…I’ve found that every stevia brand tastes incredibly different and it’s all trial and error to find the brand/taste that suites your taste buds…I like NuNaturals Stevia…it’s one of my favorite brands…Enjoy your weekend!

That looks like such a good recipe. I haven’t tried stevia. How is it compared to other sweeteners? I tend to use honey or organic and raw sugar in most recipes.
