Thanks so much for sharing; I agree with you as I tell all of my clients to start their day with a hearty breakfast so you’re not reaching for ‘easy to access’ convenience (unhealthy) foods by 10AM! It works like a charm…Have a great day.

I used to always eat a teeny tiny breakfast. I did stay skinny, but my energy was majorly lacking and I was very grumpy. Now my breakfasts are much more balanced and an appropriate size. It’s amazing how much better I feel now!! 🙂
