Great to hear from you, thank you for your comment. To answer your question, Yes….I love cooking and baking with stevia, although I use agave nectar, molasses, honey and raw sugar, as well. I suggest testing out a few different stevia brands as they all taste very very veryyyy different to the palate; hehe…I like Stevia In The Raw for my marinades and dressings, they also have a baking stevia that is fabulous, as well….For my teas I use Sweet Leaf stevia in the bottle (not the packets, as I do not like the taste of the packets from this brand). NuStevia is also great .. both their baking stevia and packets are fabulous…let me know your thoughts as I’d love to hear!

Mostly though I’ve heard things about it having an anise-like aftertaste, does that come through when you cook with it?
