I bought this bread (two different kinds) and gave them both away. Horrible stuff and told the company that. The bread might be “organic” but its sugar content is through the roof, and the texture is too glutinous (simple term: gooey) and with no true texture. I find the bread actually has little taste, except for the sugar, even though it touts “non GMO” etc. I will stick with Ezekiel’s and other REAL breads.

I just wrote something similar, it’s not necessary to have so much sugar per tiny slice. I’ll be going back to bread that has 2 g per regular sized slice, or even better no added sugar at all!

I won’t be buying it again. I called them to ask why so much but no one had the courtesy to call me back, so much for customer service.

Yes the bread is the problem. Gluten is the problem. You can use sprouted gluten-free bread!
