I love to make the cucumber sauce (for gyros) with greek yogurt, lemon juice, cucumber, and dill… I bet it would be FANTASTIC mixed with tuna! Ooooh, thanks for the new idea. 🙂

I generally haven’t given much thought to substitutions like that, but I will now. I’ll let you know if I come up with anything! LOL. 🙂
