I am incredibly honored to share the knowledge of a man who helped me beyond words while I was suffering from all my health issues. Meet the founder of Vitahealth Apothecary and Integrative Pharmacist, Mr. David Restrepo. I met David through my good friend Kirstin, who went through years of health problems with her children and she introduced me to David many years ago because she knew he’d be able to help me.

It would take a book to fill up how much I learned from David. He is a wealth of knowledge, incredibly kind and understanding. If you live in NYC, he delivers any supplement or product (including enema bags!!) for free and his delivery team is wonderful. If you live outside of NYC, David can mail you any product you need. I trust David with all of my supplements and I don’t take anything without first consulting with him. I truly hope you learn something from this interview and you soak in all the knowledge David shares with us.

So, without further ado, meet my dear friend and a true inspiration, David Restrepo…

An interview with the founder of Vitahealth Apothecary.Tell us about Vitahealth. What inspired you to create this business and how can people all over the world use your expertise as a trusted resource?

It was less of an inspiration and more a product of circumstance. My wife and I were helping a loved one and mentor try to survive and thrive a very aggressive cancer and realized as pharmacists that the medical system, as it is today, was lacking a true understanding of what I like to refer to now as “world medicine”. This has come to mean to that we take a common sense approach to study other modalities and approaches and incorporate them into a patients care in an integrative and collaborative manner. This doesn’t always mean that a supplement is the answer… the answer can take many forms and we love to take this journey with our family of customers.

What I love about your business is that you actually care about your customers. You’re not in the “selling supplements” business, you’re there to help people take the next step and heal while suggesting supplements and protocols.

In many ways, you knew MUCH more than most of my doctors, which was fascinating. I wouldn’t be where I am today without you, David. Tell my readers how you work with your clients and how in many ways you act as a liaison between the client and doctors.

Amie, you’re too kind. My team and I like to think that we know when we don’t know! We must as humans seek the answers where they might be. If I know the answer to a question , you know that I will answer, but if I’m not sure or feel that there are more complex underlying factors then I like to call on my network of caring providers in their different fields, for deeper forensic explorations of the issues we might be tackling. In essence , my goal has been to get to know masters in their fields and learn from them so I can better the lives of people around us.

What was your catalyst for change?

My whole family are pharmacists but my heart always resonated with a more holistic approach to wellness. I never believed that there was one right answer. On an intrinsic level, my wife proved that to me when I met her in pharmacy school and she had the same thoughts and feelings as I did!

Can you remember the first time you started to look at your lifestyle differently?

I think college was the first time. I had more freedom to explore the wellness options that were available at the time and tinker with them from a fitness standpoint.

Talk to us about toxicity and how you keep yourself healthy on a daily basis living in NYC.

It’s not easy to do this in a city where pollution is such a growing concern. I like to look at the body’s ability to detoxify gently on a daily basis. There are foods that do this like dandelion and cruciferous veggies and then there are supplements that also induce a healthy activation of our detox pathways ie; the amino acid NAC, Cruciferous sprout complexes or micro-algae based products like chlorella or spirulina.

What, in your opinion, do you feel is the biggest health epidemic you’re seeing in the last few years?

I think there are two:

  1. A) Whether its being overlooked or being misdiagnosed, I think there needs to be more awareness brought to Lyme disease and how serious it is if left untreated.
  2. B) Gene mutations like the MTHFR, that can lead to so many other issues when a simple test can give us answers and logical steps to take.
  3. What are your must-have supplements for thyroid, gut health and detox?

For thyroid health, I like our people to take a good thyroid balancing agents like ashwaganda, selenium (mustard seed based) and zinc in a catalyzed form.

For gut health, it depends on the persons activity and where they live. If we are worried about food pathogens because of travel to areas where this is an issues , then there are specific probiotics that can effectively shield the gut from harm. If the person is undergoing harsh medication treatments that leave them weakened, then there is an urgency to address the gut ecosystem with the strongest viable strains the body can safely handle. I can go on… but I’d say that lastly for now, there are basic high quality blends that help energize the body and mind for general wellness.

For detox, I think the most vital nutrients are milk thistle , NAC and a clean source of either spirulina or chlorella.

Has your view on work and ‘working’ changed over the years?

I will always be grateful to my parents for instilling pharmacy as a viable career path but I think that “working” for my father for half of my life was “work” and now what I do with my wife and the team at Vitahealth is more like life.. It’s a natural extension of who I am so it doesn’t even feel like work but rather like we are there to act as a resource for both patients and practitioners.

What are your three pillars to radiant health?

1) Love your family.

2) Contribute in a positive way to the people you come into contact with everyday.

3) Choose the cleanest forms of everything (food, supplements and water) to feed your body.

What gives you strength?

MY WIFE AND KIDS!!!

What are you most proud of that you’ve accomplished that you don’t talk about?

I’m proud to help our staff achieve what they have in their own homes whether that be financial stability or a healthier lifestyle.

Who are the people that have influenced you the most on your journey?

I’ve been lucky in my life…I’ve had 3 great mentors that each taught me different lessons. in no particular order- one was my biological father who is still alive and well, he taught me to be tough and never give up. The other was Dr Mitchell Gaynor, he was the premier Integrative Oncologist before his passing and all of our time together and all that he taught me will never be forgotten, rather just built upon and lastly , my father in law, he pushed me past my limits many times and that just became my new normal. He taught me so much about life while he was alive and really knew things about me that I’m just seeing now.

You unexpectedly find 15 minutes in your day, what do you do with it?

Do pull ups, push ups, catch up on emails and call my kids. Three min for each minutes each. You know I am a maniac!

Fill in the blanks…

The biggest misconception about supplements…

They are all created equal.

Favorite cooking ingredients:

Coconut milk, organic eggs and manuka honey.

Green juice or a grass fed steak or both?

Green juice when I break my fast, grass-fed beef two times per week later in the day. This may change.

The future…

Does not equal the past.

Happiness…

Is contributing from a place of love and wanting to grow.

There’s a time and place for…

Sleep.

There is too much…

Worrying about the current state of politics, lets all find a way to work together.

There is not enough…

Compassion for peoples differences, everyone can be wrong and right.

In the end…

We will be remembered by how we treated others.

Jeffrey Morrison, M.D. has been an incredible asset to me with my healing journey. He was not only my Functional Medicine doctor for a few years after I had c-diff colitis but he also became a very good friend of mine and I’m beyond grateful for all he has taught me. Dr. Morrison helped me tremendously with the detoxification of heavy metals in my body as a doctor, and as a friend he introduced me to a book that changed my life forever called Letting Go. That book started my journey into literally ‘letting go’ of pushing myself and trying to fix my body and control everything around me, which is what most of us are doing. It changed the way I looked at myself and the way I was handling my health issues; I wouldn’t be where I am today without having read this book. I’m delighted to share a few words from Dr. Morrison with you today and I encourage you to look into his practice at The Morrison Center here in Manhattan if you’re looking for a M.D. who understands toxicity, Lyme disease and gut health.

As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases.

Beautiful picture of a beach in NJ.

AV: What inspired you to start the Morrison Center?

JM: In 2004, after having practiced with some excellent, very successful, large integrative medicine practices like Dr. Atkins’ in New York City, it became obvious to me that there was a need to care for patients on a much more individualized basis. I started The Morrison Center to bridge the gap between excellent integrative medicine and individualized, personalized care.

AV: What don’t people realize about your work in Functional/Integrative medicine? What would surprise them?

JM: Some people are surprised to learn that some very simple changes can make a really big impact in overall health. For example: diet truly is the foundation for good health, just like Hippocrates said: “Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food.” It’s that simple, and it works, as a foundation.

AV: Talk to us about Detox. It’s widely misunderstood and quite necessary for all of us to do on a daily basis these days. What are your favorite ways to detox and why should we detox?

JM: When diet isn’t enough to support healing, it’s because there’s some impediment to the healing process. Detox is really about removing that impediment, whatever it may be, with a holistic perspective: by removing unhealthy foods, unhealthy behaviors, and toxic substances, and replacing them with healthier practices. There are many strategies; at the highest level, many of them are working toward the same end. We often start with an elimination diet, then some type of technique to facilitate the process, like sauna or nutritional IVs.

AV: When I was your patient, you helped me uncover mold and heavy metals. I had no idea those were lurking in my body. What makes these both so dangerous and how do you treat each issue?

JM: Mold affects the body both as an allergen and a toxin; heavy metals also act  as an immune irritant and a toxin; they can also disrupt metabolism. The amount of exposure in each individual will have a different outcome: some people can tolerate more, some people can’t tolerate much at all, and that’s why it’s difficult to standardize treatment.

The treatment always starts with avoiding exposure, followed by a program to facilitate the body’s natural detoxification processes. Detoxification usually will involve some type of binding agent to remove the toxin itself, and herbs or antioxidants that improve and support the body’s organs for detoxification, like Detox Nutrients, Pekana Detox Kit or glutathione.

AV: We’re seeing a rise in autoimmune disease, thyroid issues, Candida and other gut issues- do you think this has to do with the amount of stress we’re all under between social media, emails, our phones, work and family obligations coupled with more toxins in our environment than ever before?

JM: The balance between having a healthy body, versus having a body that’s not able to maintain health, pivots on how many different stresses the body has to manage at one time. Today, we’re getting exposed to stresses that our parents and grandparents never had to experience.

While technology has brought so much innovation, we are also exposed to physical and physiologic stress that our bodies are likely having trouble adapting to. Those stresses include: potentially less nutritious foods due to non-organic farming practices, more preservatives in and higher consumption of packaged products, plus electromagnetic stress, the stress of having multiple distractions pulling at our attentions through social media, text messages, emails, as well as a rise in exposure to infections like Lyme disease, chronic viral infections, parasites, and overuse of antibiotics.

Being more mindful of our environment and focusing on personal time, eating healthier foods, exercise, and valuing mindful practices can all help to counterbalance these stresses and keep the body in optimal health.

AV: What is the best piece of advice you’ve ever received?

JM: Be personally responsible for yourself, because at the end of the day you’re truly the only person that will have ultimate responsibility for your actions.

AV: What are some of your favorite ways to unwind, relax and recharge?

JM: For me, moving outside is extremely grounding, whether it’s running in the park, doing kung fu, or taking my daughter for a walk — these things help unwind and relax.

AV: You unexpectedly find 15 minutes in your day, what do you do with it?

JM: See how my staff is doing.

AV: Quick Answers:

JM: Life changing book you’ve read: The Tao of Pooh.

JM: Favorite meal to eat: Daily Protein shake! Or anything my wife makes.

JM: Number of unread emails: 45.

JM: Favorite app on your phone: The Morrison Health App!

JM: The place you go to relax: The Le Pain in Central Park.

JM: Typical breakfast: Eggs sunny side up with gluten free toast .

AV: Finish these Sentences:

JM: A well-dressed man…knows it.

JM: The future…is bright.

JM: Happiness…is everywhere.

JM: Life…is amazing.

JM: I am…incredibly lucky to work with the people in my practice.

JM: There’s a time and place for… dessert.

JM: Before I go to bed…I count my blessings.

JM: In the end…it’s all about love. And dark chocolate.

I’m honored to feature a woman who has become a dear friend to me and who has helped me tremendously with my hormonal imbalances, Aimee Raupp. Aimee is an acupuncturist and herbalist and author of numerous incredible books that you can read about here. I started seeing Aimee as a patient in the fall after we met while both speaking at a conference and we hit it off immediately. She truly is a wealth of information and understands the body in ways no one else could explain to me throughout my journey! She helps hundreds of women get pregnant and I’ve seen first-hand how she works her magic in balancing hormones in women. I’m delighted so share a bit about Aimee’s work with you today because I know there are thousands of you dealing with hormonal imbalances and stress.

Enjoy!

xo

AV: You’ve helped me tremendously with my hormones and I’m forever grateful for you. Tell us about your work and what got you into acupuncture.

AR: My main focus is to amplify the wellness of my patients. I do that through helping them optimize & reawaken their health on every level: emotionally, physically & nutritionally. Whether I’m working to balance hormones, improve fertility, regulate the immune system or get my patient feel better or a daily basis my approach is holistic, introspective & deeply compassionate.  One of the primary tools I use is acupuncture- a 5,000 year old medicine that works to bring balance & harmony to your body and it’s energy flow. I found acupuncture while I was en route to become a western medical doctor and I never looked back.

AV: What was the major turning point for you in your journey so far?

AR: When I realized that no matter what the condition is that I am treating is entirely a function of the individuals emotional, physical and nutritional health. That all three pieces need to be worked on because your body and all of its cells hear everything your brain says. There is no separation of mind and body and if you desire optimal health then these components must be worked on synergistically.

AV: What inspires you the most when you’re writing for your blog or when you write your books?

AR: Seeing the amazing transformations my clients experience. Yes, if I’m working with a fertility client seeing her finally get and stay pregnant is so fulfilling. But it’s beyond that- there’s a transformation that takes place for that client that has awakened their health and allowed for the manifestation of their deepest desires. It’s awe inspiring and an honor to be a part of.

AV: What don’t people realize about your practice? What would surprise them?

AR: I’m an undercover therapist. It’s so much more than acupuncture. It’s truly a health reawakening. I am coaching you every step of the way to not only be your healthiest self but to believe in your body again.

AV: Tell us the top symptoms you see in women today and a few ways we can start to balance our hormones naturally.

AR: Well, there’s a lot going on with women these days and hormonal imbalances like menstrual difficulties, fertility challenges, thyroid disorders are huge because of all the environmental toxins in our food supply, the air we breathe and the products we put on our skin. Oh and then there’s all the stress we are dealing with and the pressures we put upon ourselves. There are so many layers to what is going on but if we could get women to focus on tuning into their body cues and honoring and nourishing their body while avoiding environmental toxins and pesticides we would see hormones come back into balance.

AV: How do you stay in your truth?

AR: Meditation helps. My clients help. My family helps. Staying checked in w Aimee is really important to me as being connected to ourselves is what I preach so I make it my business to practice what I preach.

AV: When do you feel most at peace?

AR: When I honor my truth and nurture myself.

AV: How do you de-stress and decompress?

AR: Meditation, journaling, exercise, laugh, cuddle with my boys (my husband and our son), appreciation, cooking and believe it or not my work really destresses me.

AV: How do you nourish your body on a weekly basis? What does nourishment mean to you?

AR: Nourishment to me = self care. I practice self care through communicating my needs, asking for support from my team and my family, cooking most all my food, honoring my body cues, meditating, sleeping, laughing and appreciating the hell out of all my life brings me.

AV: Favorite ways to naturally detox daily:

AR: First- detox is a way of living not a 3 day juice cleanse. So I detox by choosing healthy, nutrient dense foods that are organic and non processed, using bath, beauty & home products that are pure enough to eat & emotionally expressing myself as toxic emotions can be the most detrimental to health.

AV: Favorite meal to cook:

AR: Bone broth egg drop soup!.

AV: Typical breakfast:

AR: Eggs with spinach or bone broth egg drop soup w spinach.

AV: Life changing book you’ve read:

AR: Deepak Chopra: Seven Spiritual Laws of Success; Paolo Cohelo: The Alchemist; Jerry & Esther Hicks: The Vortex.

AV: Finish these Sentences:

AR:

Health is…wealth.

The future…is bright.

Happiness…is now.

Life…is amazing and getting better all the time.

I am…doing the best I can do. Things are always working out for me.

There’s a time and place for…everything. Welcome it all in.

There is too much…sugar.

There is not enough….love.

In the end…the love you take is equal to the love you make.

Susan Blum MD

As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases.

I’m so excited to kick off my Doctors & Healers section with one of my favorite doctors, Susan Blum, M.D., author of the best-selling book: The Autoimmune Recovery Plan: A Doctors 4-Step Program to Treat Autoimmune Disease. As many of you have read in my book, Eating Clean, Susan Blum pretty much saved my life. It all started with this woman. If it wasn’t for her, I’m not sure where I’d be right now. It’s quite emotional for me to think about how she came into my life. It’s also a beautiful story that started my 10 year healing journey, which is why I wanted to highlight Susan as my first feature for this section.

I was in my early 20’s, had just gotten back from a week at Mayo Clinic where I had my 2nd bone marrow biopsy. I was on steroids, pain killers and water pills and I was on disability from my corporate job. I had just started TheHealthyApple.com and Susan’s PR team reached out to me to see if I’d be interested in interviewing her so they set up a call for Susan and I to connect. I can still remember where I was when Susan called me a week later. I was walking on East 61st Street across from Central Park and had the most inspiring and incredible talk with Susan. She had just opened The Blum Center for Health, and she invited me to come up and talk to me to try to help me heal. Within the first five minutes of our session, she told me she was taking me off of steroids because they were depleting my adrenals, she asked me about the pipes in the home I grew up in and took 2 hours to sit and work with me to get to the root cause as to what was going on in my body. Needless to say, Susan helped me heal my gut and brought me back to life. She’s an amazing woman that I truly admire, which is why I send many clients and desperate people who email me, to her practice. I trust her. I believe in her work and I am delighted to share with you a deeper look into Susan herself: how she detoxes, how she decompresses and the symptoms she sees regularly. I hope this inspires you. I’ll be having Susan on my Interview Series podcast soon so we’ll be diving into more of all of this.

Enjoy!

xo

AV: I know thyroid conditions, gut imbalance and autoimmune diseases are all on the rise along with many other conditions. Can you tell us the top symptoms you see?

SB: People often come in to see me because they have symptoms with no answers: their doctor hasn’t been able to help them feel better or figure out why they feel that way.  The most common symptom is fatigue, which includes the whole spectrum from wishing you could have more energy to needing a nap every day to not being able to function or work.  Other common symptoms are difficulty concentrating (often called brain fog), and feeling puffy, stiff and inflamed in the hands or joints or muscles.

Functional medicine offers people the framework for doing the detective work to figure out the WHY. Why do you have these symptoms?  I think we are great at prevention for this reason because these symptoms I described can be the first sign that something is out of balance and if left untreated, could become a disease in the future.  Now is the time to figure that out and prevent that from happening.

Fatigue, brain fog, and inflammation are definitely early signs of possible thyroid issues, and autoimmune disease, which is why I screen all my patients for both general autoimmunity (ANA, and if arthritis RF and CCP), and also for Hashimoto’s thyroiditis, which is the number one autoimmune disease and effects the thyroid gland. Hashimoto’s is a problem in the immune system, and if detected early, the immune problem can be fixed and the thyroid gland function can be restored without medication.

Other symptoms of a sluggish thyroid gland, can be weight gain, cold and heat intolerance, hair loss, in addition to the fatigue and brain fog. You can also have a sluggish digestion.

Other symptoms that are very common in my practice are all digestive related. Reflux, constipation, bloating, gassy issues that are very common.  Conventional medicine calls this IBS, a phrase used to label any and all these kinds of symptoms.  However, from a functional point of view, it is clear that something in the gut isn’t functioning right.  Emerging research tells us that in many cases, the gut microbiome, or flora is out of balance and this is the cause.  But we also know that food is the culprit for many people, and the cause of their symptoms.  Helping people figure out which foods are an issue and helping them repair their gut and eliminate their symptoms is probably something I end up treating and working on with every patient.

AV: When do you feel most at peace?

SB: During my morning meditation or when out walking the dog.  I also feel really good at the end of the day after seeing all my patients; a deep satisfaction that the day is over and we accomplished a lot.

AV: You’re a busy mother, successful doctor and author, how do you de-stress and nourish your body?

SB:

  1. I wake up and meditate every day. This is my preventive medicine!
  2. Most of the year I am out in nature walking the dog 4-5 days/week. We live in a heavily wooded area.
  3. I make sure to nourish myself with healthy food. I live by the 90% rule.  My daily routine is clean clean:  gluten, dairy, corn and sugar free, no alcohol or sweets, organic, Non–GMO. Mostly vegan with a little fish and chicken (once each, weekly).  This keeps me filled with energy and clarity of mind.  And less cranky.
  4. I make time for my family and make it a priority. I manage my schedule with this intention and set boundaries.  My husband and I have date night every Saturday and we go out and I eat what I want and have a glass or 2 of wine.  Sometimes a glass of wine on Friday night at home.

AV: Favorite ways to naturally detox daily:

SB:

  1. For sure my diet. Eating organic, lots of color and antioxidants.
  2. Annual detox program with the team at Blum Center: classic 21 day detox with liver support supplements
  3. Drink organic cold pressed low sugar juices from Organic Pharmer, high in antioxidants and detox supporting nutrients.

AV: Favorite meal to cook:

SB: Sprouted lentil salad (not really cooked)

AV: Typical breakfast:

SB:

  1. Winter: chicken bone broth, 1 tsp ghee, 1 cup of parsley blanched in the broth
  2. Rest of the year: acai berry bowl with mixed berries, acai juice and 2-3 tbl hemp seeds and sometimes sunflower seeds

AV: Finish these Sentences:

SB:

Health is…ever changing and needs to be tended to.

The future…is bright and exciting.

Happiness…is an inside job.

Life…brings great challenges and great joy.

There’s a time and place for…everything.

There is too much… suffering.

There is not enough….joy.

In the end…self-realization is the goal.

Eating Clean Mark Hyman Cookbook

Ten years ago I was in my early 20s, on disability from my job and pretty much spent my days living at cancer hospital here in Manhattan, on a cocktail of pharmaceutical drugs and I wanted a quick fix—a magic pill to make me better asap.

The problem was…

No one knew what was wrong with me.

But I knew something was VERY wrong.

I knew the path I was on — steroids, pain killers, water pills, morphine, etc. — wasn’t the right one for me. I knew there was more to learn and I knew there were answers.

And after 10 very long, painful and exhausting years, I found them.

I learned how to get my body working for me and not against me.

Instead of treating the symptoms, I learned how to address the underlying imbalances in my body.

Now, I’m sharing those answers with you in my new book, Eating Clean: The 21-Day Plan to Detox, Fight Inflammation and Reset Your Body. And, when you pre-order my NEW COOKBOOK HERE you’ll get 6 Free Exclusive Recipes that are NOT in my cookbook when you order your purchase code on this landing page!

Do you suffer from unwanted symptoms such as weight gain, headaches, acne, low energy, brain fog, achy joints or muscles?

Do you experience bloating?

Do you need coffee to wake up in the morning?

Do these symptoms feel normal to you?

These symptoms are NOT normal and covering symptoms up with a Band-Aid approach such as a drug or over the counter pill (Advil, etc) doesn’t get to the bottom of why you are experiencing these symptoms in the first place. It’s time to get to the ROOT CAUSE of what’s going on in your body with my NEW book, EATING CLEAN: The 21-Day Plan to Detox, Fight inflammation and Reset Your Body.

I want you to know that you can experience what it feels like to be symptom-free in any stage of your life. I’m living proof. With the tips in this book (and over 200 anti-inflammatory recipes), you’ll have more energy; feel vibrant, healthy and strong; have clear skin; lose weight; banish those cravings and live symptom-free without dieting, deprivation or calorie counting—EVER. AGAIN.

I’m here to help revolutionize the way you live and eat- for today’s under-nourished and over-worked lifestyles.

Eating Clean Mark Hyman Cookbook

After 10 very expensive years trying everything to heal my body, I’m no longer living in survival mode, but living in a world of JOY and PLEASURE.

More than 100 million Americans suffer with chronic pain. For 10 years…I was one of them and after exhausting hundreds of doctors (who all guessed at what was going on with my body)–very few of them could help me. I would say 2-3 doctors out of the 500 that I’ve seen actually helped me. The majority of my healing came from listening to myself, trusting myself and knowing that I know my body best.

My journey to wellness and vibrant health has made me realize that overcoming struggle is about looking for solutions in a different, creative way. I learned that if we don’t make a plan to get out of the pickle that we’re in…we become a statistic and I was there for way too many years.

I went from wanting to die in my bed a few years ago with more pain than you can imagine to the healthy, radiant woman I am today. It’s not easy to live with pain but it is easy to lay there and watch your life float away…that’s one thing I knew I wouldn’t let happen and that’s how I started to allow by body to heal.

I’ve had to re-learn how to eat and live clean.

What I want you all to realize is that you have SO MUCH more control than you think. I want this book to inspire you to OWN your health.

There are over 200 recipes in this book that meet my detox anti-inflammatory criteria (no gluten, dairy, soy, refined sugar, eggs, corn, peanuts, white flour, caffeine, etc.). I’ve learned how to feel amazing and now I want to help YOU and show you how much food you CAN eat. These recipes are simple-yet rich and delicious and you’re going to love every single one. I guarantee it. This book is not about being restrictive, it’s about learning how to live your life with the abundance of foods you CAN eat and creating amazing flavor with those wholesome unprocessed foods.

Food and detox saved me.

And now I’m handing over my secrets to you in this book.

I hope you love it as much as I do. I know you will and I’m so grateful for your love and support over the last few years. I feel like I know you all personally from your emails and comments and I’ve been waiting YEARS to share this book with you.

Big healing hugs from my home to yours!

xoxo
