I just got diagnosed with microscopic colitis and got put on steroids and was told to move to a gluetin, soy and dairy free diet. This is the first time I’ve had to do anything like this before. I have a crazy schedule so I know making time for this is going to be a huge effort. As of right now, going completely organic is not necessary, but I just need any recipes and guidance that can be provided.
