In reply to L. Hi L - sorry to hear these didn't work for you! It could be the pan. Did you use ceramic or a rimmed baking sheet? If you used a small eggplant, it could also be that there was too much oil.

I followed the directions exactly and mine did not turn out even the least bit crispy. 🙁

In reply to Lori. Hi Lori - we'd recommend swapping for another nut flour (like hazelnut) to get a similar texture, but you might be able to use other types of flour as well. Let us know if you try one!

Wow, I’m really amazed that is very nutritious and yet its so easy to cook. the presentable is great and looks delicious. I can’t wait to try this. I definitely make this for my friend. she;s working in one of the best restaurants docklands. She loved veggies so I’m sure she gonna like this.
