My favorite part of this time of the year is all the pretty red and yellow leaves on the the trees… and the ones that cover Central Park like a pretty quilted blanket.

As much as I love pumpkins and baking healthy comfort foods this time of the year… there are also a few other odds n’ ends that I’ve discovered and wanted to share with you.

    I Love Coconut Flour!! I’ve used a different brand in the past, but I use some of Bob’s other gluten free flours so I’m sure the coconut flour is good as well.
